Because I use wordpress, with 5 or 6 plugins, do not use extras scripts, do not understand how can I keep the suspence account ...

Please take a look at High Resource Usage .
It is very likely that some or all of your WordPress plugins are causing the issue.

I think the error's here: 20 concurrent processes executing

if my site has for example, has 10 users online, I think that will have more than 20 processes running at the same time, or am I wrong?

It could be any one of those things. For now, I'd suggest disabling all plugins to see if that solves it. If not, you'd need to consider upgrading to Prime or Premium, or using something other than wordpress to make your site lighter.

Upgrade to Premium or Prime, for this already out of the question because I do not know if this project has legs to walk.

How to disable plugins, I can not do as Wordpress would be a confusion, and even do not think that is the problem, I use:

and for the admin

Hello,

A couple of those plugins are known to cause issues. If it were me, I'd disable them, but you can choose to ignore my advice. If these suspensions become regular though, we'll have to take further action if you show no motivation to fix it.
