So, i've been running my site for a few days now. I can only think of one thing that sends out an email, which is my register script. Someone said it may be a error in my coding, but i've tried it before, actualy a few times. But if this is true, i will take out the script till i find the errors. So please unsuspend my account.

It appears that your register script was trying to send out over 500 (!) emails in the course of an hour, and the limit is much lower than that. While this might have been the result of an attack on your website, it is ultimately your responsibility to ensure that you are following our Terms of Service at all times.

As such, your hosting account will remain suspended until it is automatically terminated in 14 days.
