internal server error

I installed phpformgenerator at livesend.elementfx.com/form/use/data/form1.html. now i get this messege . how to fix it ?

Hello,

Please paste the htaccess file from the relevant directory into your next reply. Ensure no folders are CHMOD 777. They should be 755 generally, and files 644. To see the htaccess in cPanel file manager you'll have to enable the viewing of dotfiles.

You deleted what? .htaccess? If so, there is no need to worry about it.

Also, it can take a day or so to get a response from here sometimes. The speedy response you got last time was because stp was online at the time you posted. Consider this: there are around 200 open support tickets right now, and we need to be able to get to all of them. On top of that, everyone here is a volunteer so they do this in their free time because they like to help out. Complaining about support and repeatedly bumping your posts isn't really appreciated, as we will get to your ticket eventually.
