Cannot access page

Hi,

I've uploaded all my site's files yet I cannot access them.

I've put them in my main directory and the public, yet neither of them work. When I go to access my default address (dpmedia.x10.mx) I get the 'default page' yet I've tried clearing my cache.
I've also tried dpmedia.x10.mx/public_html/Index.html (this is where the files are uploaded) and that displays a 404.

How am I supposed to get this to work?

Hello,

As your account is so new, it looks as though it hasn't been fully created in the backend yet. This can take up to 72 hours in some cases. Clear your browser cache and flush your DNS on a regular basis then check your site. You will be more likely to pull a fresh copy from the server then, and will notice quicker when it is fully online. If you're still having the issue in 48 hours, please let us know by replying to this ticket.

My account isn't all that new, I've used it in the past for a previous site and only recently (today) started to use it again for another site. I'll keep trying over the next few hours though, thanks for the reply!

It's possible a previous account was terminated for inactivity, and you've just added a new one.
