[ FTP connection problem ]

I was using my web developer software Microsoft expression web 3
and I was able to connect to my website via FTP several times before today.
However, today while I was trying to connect to my website via FTP, I just simply couldn't.
I just receive a time out from server every time i try to log in. I tried using other ways
to connect to my FTP account but it wouldn't work.
