Could you please give me the nameserver details aswell as the server IP as I would like to redirect my domain name towards my hosting here :)

For an A record, you're hosted on chopin, which is 69.175.104.34

Note that you only need one of the two set up to use your site here, not both. I'd recommend using the nameservers as then you can manage other records for your domain via cPanel, and should your account change servers, it will be automatically updated.
