cant change my main url

hi i cant change my main url from .x10.mx to .co.uk
so i dont have the ftp settings for co.uk and it doesnt update because i dont have the settings. can anyone help me please?

Please be patient, it can take a few hours or more for changing your main domain to get processed. These things get added into a queue, which gets processed one-by-one, so when people make 13 requests like you did, it bogs down the system.

they dont change...i get error message!! i dont submit 100 times...i do it when it doesnt say pending and i tried again after 6 days still not changed :S anyway can anybody tell me if i can move to a different host? or do i have to pay to move?
