Good Evening,

I've already created a thread about this matter 2 weeks ago and someone has closed this down so I'll start again.

The above account has been deleted and not on my request. The last email I received suggested a suspension. I visited the forums as part of the agreed terms of service and did not expect there to be a problem.

Could someone kindly tell me what is going on so I at least know where I stand.

Details again are:

And later, it was terminated on 26th April 2011 for being suspended 15.16 days. We can't tell the original suspension reason.

But you'll find that a new account was setup under the server boru whereas the account previously was on another server.

So where do I stand now?

That was for another account on another server.

Second or third week of april this year. Of which I went to the forum to prevent the unsuspension.

To be clear the account never suspended, I was able to access it up to 2 weeks ago. When did the termination on Boru occur?

Hello,

The boru suspension occurred on 26th April this year. Going to the forum does not unsuspend you in itself. Once logged in you then need to request unsuspension from the account panel or via a support ticket.

I'm sure I visited the forums prior to the suspension. Anyway. Fair enough.

Can you confirm if it was the suspension that caused the subsequent deletion or that the admins acted upon a delete request?

Also, is there scope to restore the account?

Hi,

The boru deletion occurred as a result of a suspension. I can't see the original reason unfortunately. Also, once an account is deleted, there is no restoring it. We don't keep backups as per section 6 of the Terms of Service.
