Sitebuilder Not Working

I entered my FTP details into sitebuilder.x10hosting.com and it did not work. I think it did not work because of http, ftp programs do not allow http. They only allow ftp.

Did you use your cPanel username and password for the username and password? Also the site url should have been automatically filled in as the root of your site.

I did. The sitebuilder does not filll in the url automatically. I still provide the right login information and still get an error.
