username / password not recognised

I received an account suspension note after forgetting to login to forum (account activity) but after logging in to the forum to unsuspend, I am unable to login to either the control panel or webmail with my account name/email. Also outlook is rejecting my email (incoming) account details.

Can you please review and advise?

I've unsuspended your account.
When hosting accounts are in suspension, access to cPanel,webmail,etc are revoked.
