Unsuspension Request

Hello,

I received an account suspension note after forgetting to login to forum. I got unsuspended, a few days ago, but I still can't access my site, cPanel and Webmail. Says Im still suspended. I already cleared my browser history and cache but it didn't work.

Please reactivate my account, thanks in advance.

I've tried the trick of suspending you again then unsuspending you, but that hasn't worked.
Are you able to access cPanel at (https://boru.x10hosting.com:2083/) ?
Also, try via FTP. If you can get to your files, please post the contents of the .htaccess file in the public_html directory. If using the cPanel file manager you'll have to enable the viewing of dotfiles to see it.

Hi,

I tried https://boru.x10hosting.com:2083/ and ftp://ftp.mydomain.com without sucess, login fails. I also tried to reset my password but no luck again.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

That won't work here as .htaccess are chowned in this case.
Anyway, I'm escalating this thread so that an administrator could rectify this.
