Chopin server very slow

I have another account using stoli server. Running much faster than chopin.
Is it just me? Will this be fixed soon?

Why? Am I not supposed to have more than 1 account?

The mysql database page of the stoli server account loads in a seconds while the other one loads in 30 seconds.

There is only meant to be one account per person.
Unfortunately due to the nature of free hosting there's not much we can do about the speed. The servers experience different amounts of load at different times, so sometimes one may be fast, another slow, and later that day the complete opposite. I'd suggest an upgrade to premium hosting, where there are many fewer accounts per server, resulting in more resources per account and a more stable speed, which is faster on average.
