"Default Web Page"

I was browsing my website when I randomly came across a 404 not found page- not the one I set, but one that looks like it has a style similar to cPanel. I returned to my site's home page, only to find it blank with the exception of three words: "Default Web Page." Now, every page on my site shows this. What happened? I have not edited my site today, and I do not see any service messages in the News and Announcement forums.
