    Bought 1 month package

How do I tell if the new package is activated?
    How long will it take?

Can you be a bit more specific?
Did you buy Prime or move to Premium?
If you purchased Prime, it should activate as soon as paypal clears the payment.
If you purchased Premium and you used the same domain as the one on your free, you will need to open a ticket at https://clients.x10hosting.com/ to request to have it moved.

    Re: Bought 1 month package

What's the difference between prime and premium?
    I bought it here.
    http://x10premium.com/buynow.php
I chose my existing free cpanel username coldcode when buying.
As for the domain, I chose existing domain and entered the "parked domain" of my account.

So what do I do now?

Login to https://clients.x10hosting.com/clientarea.php and open a ticket requesting your existing account to be migrated over. Since you used a domain that is already in the system (already present on our name servers) the automatic account creation would have failed.

Once you made the request, the process should be really quick.

The month normally starts when you pay, it is also highly likely that a staff member already saw the failed setup and opened a ticket asking you if you want a migration done, which you then would see when you log into the clients area.

    Re: Bought 1 month package

    How quick?
The guy replied with "escalating your ticket to our management to assist you further."
    Been many hours.

    Also some other questions:

    1) And what's the cpanel login page for premium users?

    2) When buying the premium I chose existing domain and entered the domain I bought at some other website.
Why did I have to choose the domain? (I didn't have to for the free hosting package)
Is the account attached to the domain?

Only a few staff members can move accounts. Once its moved over, you should receive an email with the login info for your cpanel, cpanel url, and password.

    Re: Bought 1 month package

I can now access the cpanel at http://www.mydomain.com/cpanel.
However, my domains and databases are still not unlimited, but limited like the free hosting.
    Why is this so?

    Also, the package says "adfree-infinity"

    ---edit---
    Sent another ticket and resolved.
    Thanks for all your help.
