thanks for providing a good hosting service i am experiencing several technical difficulties and my site is most of the time is down to your chopin servers problem can u please move to some other server like stoli or some less active servers of you please i always have bad experience with chopin please help me

We do not move accounts around the free servers. You could always upgrade to Illuminated or Premium.
