I recently changed my domain from wrtp.elementfx.com to coop.co.cc, but the new one is just taking me to the co.cc registration site. Is this normal? Should I register there?

It's normal because co.cc is an external service at www.co.cc - we can't register your account there. You need to register it, and set the nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com.
The othe rprolbem you may have is coop.co.cc is considered a premium co.cc domain; it's not free.
TOS breakers will be suspended regardless of race, creed, national origin, hair color, or favorite food. Thanks for your understanding!
Okay, thank you for the swift reply.
EDIT: Just changed my domain to cc.exofire.net, and while it says it's done, I get the "Website not found" page from x10. :/

If you keep getting that, then please clear your browser's cache before trying to view your site again. I can load your site just fine, but it's not cc.exofire.net, it's coopcorner.pcriot.com.
