How do i get my webdite back up and running i been waiting for hours .... To get unsuspended.... I click the update but dont see no change

Affiliate Program how does this work i read all u info but i dont really get it.... see i got alot people who need to build sites for work.... now i was told that i would get paid... for everyone i refel to join .... how does this work .... i get paid if they join free or prem..... or both

I know there are things like Google Adsense that pay you for every link people click. Not sure about others.
