can you change the name servers to change to elsa.ns.cloudflare.com and woz.ns.cloudflare.com to activate cloud-flare, I tried to use the cpanel page, but it wasn't working

Unfortunately, you need to have your own domain (or something like co.cc) to use CloudFlare and change nameservers. Using a x10 subdomain isn't going to work properly because nameservers cannot be changed for this.
