Cannot create hosting account

I had a free hosting account under x10hosting last year, but due to computer problems, I didn't manage to log in to my forum account for a few months. Thus, my account was terminated. I can still log into my x10Hosting client account, but when I try to create a new hosting account through "Whatever the reason, you can always sign up for a hosting account now.", I keep getting redirected to "https://x10hosting.com/control". I've been trying to create a new account multiple times but to no avail. When I try to open a support ticket, I get the error "Support is currently closed for the server your hosting account is on (). Please visit our forums and read the news.".

Is it possible for me to recreate my hosting account?

What happens if you go straight to http://x10hosting.com/ and try to sign up?

I receive this error "This email address has already been registered with an x10Hosting account, click here to complete your sign-up using this address."

If I follow the hyperlink, I return to "https://x10hosting.com/control/?".
