Not able to log into Account

Hi
I'm unable to log into account, can log into forum, have reset password to no avail.
User name nhales email nghales@googlemail.com password [removed]
Web pages using sql database fields not working.
Been member for some time.

Where exactly are you trying to login? Account panel or cPanel? Try logging into the account panel, click on Hosting at the top nav bar, and then click on the Login to cPanel button.

What can't you log into? cPanel, the account panel, or both?
Also, never post private account details such as passwords on here.
