Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Hello,

Please post the contents of the .htaccess file you have in the public_html directory. If using cPanel file manager you'll need to enable the viewing of dotfiles to see it. Also, please verify the public_html directory is CHMOD 750, and directories below it are 755, and files 644.
