Suspention regarding proxy hosting

I didnt know I that hosting files related to proxy's would get my account suspended I was just trying to get access to facebook for my friends at school.I didnt know.I have some important files on that server/host I dont care about the proxy files but I was working on a website so can I atleast have the files to my web site I have no back up and its due to launch in a few days.Alot of people are waiting.

Anyway, as per the Terms of Service, proxy scripts are strictly forbidden. Also, as per section 8 of those terms, your account has been permanently suspended, meaning you can have no further access to it for any reason. In addition, section 6 of the terms states that you are responsible for all of your own backups.
You can have no further access to the account or its files for any reason.

Isnt there anything I can do? Can't we agree on something? I love x10 my previouse account was suspended because I was inactive for 2 months (I was on holiday) But didnt know what to do....I should have read the rules and policies.All I want is 3 files index.php psp.php and style.css thats all I want and requesting I want to continue using x10 because it is free and very compatible.I realy need this Im not asking for much.
What is so bad about proxies? Im sorry I dont know.

Proxies put unnecessary load on the servers.
We don't negotiate these types of suspensions. It's permanent.

Checked with staff. This suspension would also violate the premium ToS, so a transfer will not be possible. The suspension stands and remains permanent.

You need to wait for the current account to be deleted sometime after 14 days, then you can sign up again. Please read and abide by the Terms of Service this time though.
