Several problems

Hi all. I'm having several problems at the moment. Firstly, I am unable to use FTP. I use FileZilla; I downloaded the configuration file from my cpanel, imported it successfully, but I still cannot connect. For normal FTP, I cannot connect at all, but for secure FTP, it says "current directory is /home/myusername", but it also says "Failed to retrieve directory listing".

Secondly, I am unable to use CloudFlare. I clicked the cloud from my cpanel for my website, and it says it's "configuring for a few minutes", but it stops at several seconds, with no change whatsoever. I am using a .x10.mx subdomain, if that matters.

Help would be appreciated

EDIT: I am able to connect to FTP via quickconnect, so that's one problem solved :D Now I'll try to use cloudflare via the website and tell you how it turns out...
EDIT2: it did not work, as I am unable to change nameservers for a subdomain =(
