Account suspension- can not unsuspend

Hello. My account was suspended on June 14th twice for high usage. I was not uploading anything. Anyway, the account unsuspend page does not seem to be working. I have tried twice. Thanks for helping.

As the hosting accounts are huge,such requests also are many.Kindly be patient while the unsuspension request works out.
You got unsuspended.
High Resource Usage(HRU) has a limit on unsuspensions.You got to bear this while you program your site.Else the account will be at stake.Hope you got it.
