sorry, I should have been clearer in my original request. Is there a backup of the data that used to be on the site? It was a wordpress site and there was also photos stored.

I probably last logged in around March or April and updated it, but I'm not sure if there is any way to recover the data. Of course I would be more than willing to move from from a free to paid service - that would also eliminate the problem I have of remembering to log in.
