Someone Used a Shell in my Website... I think he is a hacker. I want to delete it and I want my account back please

The reason the suspension will stand? The shell was uploaded today, the Proxy on the 12th, and the SMSBomber on the 11th. If the page managed to be hacked within 3 days (your account was created on the 8th), I question the security of your chosen password and the computer you used to administer your website.


I cannot overlook the fact that there are 3 major Zero Tolerance violations, all of which were uploaded on different days. Why would a hacker waste time?

Users are fully responsible for the security and content of their own sites.
Also, your suspension was reviewed by Livewire - our Abuse Compliance Officer - so there is really nothing else to discuss.

I hope I don't see a third, cause as much as folks think I -like- banning people, that's not 100% true, cause it looks worse on x10 if I have to ban someone.
