I got a notification of suspension then my account was unsuspended and 2 minutes later suspended again .

not sure whats going on but I want to have my details deleted and my account closed . please tell me how to so this or could you process this for me and confirm

Your account is currently not suspended and it was suspended twice for inactivity.
x10 TOS clearly states that you are required to visit the forums(not account management panel/cpanel) http://x10hosting.com/forums/ at least once every 31 days to keep your account active.
Your last visit to forums was on 05-13-2011 07:56 PM.
So, it was rightly suspended again for inactivity.
I would also like to inform you that posting in the forums is not a requirement. You just need to check the forums every 31 days.

If you would like to remove this restriction, you may opt for x10 prime membership.

Regarding the account deletion request, if you would still like to request for that, please fill this in:
