newly uploaded pages are not visible instead deleted page is visible.images are also not visible. How website viewer will be able to download files from my website

You are probably looking at cached pages. Either your browser or your ISP, or both.

Clear your browser cache and history. If you still do not see the changes, add ?foo to the end of any URL
