You must log into the Admin CP and under themes or styles, set the black theme to base default for the entire page. You might even have an option that allows you to override the user's choice of theme. This should make the site display this black theme at all times and regardless of being logged in or out.

You need to buy the .com domain, and set its nameservers to:
ns1.x10hosting.com and
ns2.x10hosting.com

Then add it to your account as either your main domain, an addon or a parked domain.
