to make files uploaded to public_html folder visible on website

i uploaded different types of files such as jpg,mp3 to my public_html folder but only index.html is visible so how can i
make other files visible on my website & make it available for
download to my website visitor

You need to link to the files from your site. If you tell me the name of a file you uploaded then I'll see if I can get it from here.

Edit:
A staff member checked your account and found illegal MP3s. It's now permanently suspended under our zero tolerance policy for violation of the Terms of Service. Under section 8 of those terms, you can have no further access to your account or its files.
