Usage Suspension

I am trying to install Drupal 7.2 modules my free domain and I keep getting suspended for high usage.

How should I install the product without suspending my domain?

Is there a way to increase the amount of CPU and memory usage allowed without switching hosting providers?

The resource limits can be increased by upgrading to Prime, Premium or VPS.
