Starka throwing random 500's

I've been busy working on one of my sites today, and Starka keeps throwing 500's at me whenever I try and go to a sub folder. The main site works fine, but all the sub folders are not accessible. If anyone can offer insight, it would be much appreciated!

Have any particular links? I tried 3 at random and they all loaded.

This should be fixed now. If not, clear your browser cache, close your browser, flush your DNS (as administrator if using Vista/Windows 7), restart your browser, then try again.
