Warning: exec() has been disabled for security reasons

trying to setup a whois script to use for my job i sometimes need to do a whois on domains but part of the script will not let me run a who is i have heard this is because you have php in safe mode i was reading on the forums that you can apply for advanced php and that could fix it... do we have to pay for that ?

    Hello!

    That's an old information.
Currently, we have only one uniform hosting package for every user.
So, you will probably need to upgrade to x10 premium or x10 vps hosting service.
