Internal Server Error

Lastnight my web site was working ok till 11.00pm where I uploaded a a joomla menu plugin.
I came to configure the plugin this morning and I have Screen with Internal Server Error and to contact your self. Can you please correct the fault

Did you set up the "search engine friendly urls" stuff on joomla?
Then you need to recheck if htaccess.txt is changed to .htaccess
Also in that .htaccess, you have to uncomment the "modrewritebase /" to avoid errors while using joomla's default settings for apache rewrite and SEF urls.
You can revert back if the problem continues.
