500 Internal Server Error if Using PHP (wordpress)

yesterday, i had no problems with my wordpress blog.
Today i get a 500-Error if i try to open the site. I can't use Php i discovered.
I uploaded a script to test if php is active...and the test is negative.

(Cloudflare enabled if its important)

I also tried to use a old backup i made a month and a week ago... Same problem.

The site Worked yesterday without errors!

This should be fixed now. If not, clear your browser cache, close your browser, flush your DNS (as administrator if using Vista/Windows 7), restart your browser, then try again.
