    How can i see + edit the .htaccess (In cPanel) as i want to protect an area via mysql

    I'm not sure what you are trying to do, but you can password protect folders(even files) using cPanel >> Password Protect Directories.
    You can see and edit .htaccess files in cpanel>>File Manager by checking "Show Hidden Files (dotfiles)".
