How can I get my subdomain to be linked to blogger?

    Hello

I have my photography website hosted here and I also have a blog hosted by blogger. I wanted to create a subdomain (blog.domain.com) to be linked with my blogger blog - by this I mean, if someone went to my blog they would see blog.domain.com rather than name.blogspot.com as it currently shows. Hope I'm clear so far!

I set up a sub domain on here and then typed it into my blogger blog. Blogger accept my new URL is now blog.domain.com, and shows a redirect page when I type in my old address (name.blogspot.com). I came back to CPanel and saw that you could 'manage redirection' and so in there I entered my old blog URL (name.blogspot.com) thinking that this would solve the problem, however it doesn't!

Please can someone advise me how I can get my subdomain to be linked with my blogger blog?

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me!

Apparently, right now blog.YOURSITE.com redirects to YOURSITE.blogspot.com which redirects you to blog.YOURSITE.com which redirects you to....

a black hole of circular redirection.

You see how that would not be a good idea?

Where are you doing your blogging? Blogspot or your x10hosting account?

If people type in the old Blogspot address, they are given a screen telling them that they will be redirected to your x10 blog. Is this what you want? There is no "automatic" way to set up a redirect from Blogspot to x10. They do not consider themselves a redirection service and are worried that the site being redirected to might contain spam, etc which they have no control over.

If people type in the blog.YOURSITE.com address hosted at x10hosting, they are automatically redirected to Blogspot. Why? If you are hosting your blog here, you should not have a redirect to Blogspot.

Try putting into short, concise, sentences exactly what you want. Your post is rather confusing.

I know it's confusing, I'm not sure how to explain it properly! Sorry

Blogger host my blog, I'm happy with that. My site is hosted by x10hosting. I want the URL of my blog to be blog.mydomain.com, and to show as that in the address bar. I've created the subdomain blog.x10hosting.com via x10.

    How can I do it?

First step is to go to Blogspot and remove the redirect from your account there.

I take it that you want to be able to click on blog.yourdomain.com and go to the blogspot blog, but keep the blog.yourdomain.com in the addressbar (instead of changing to yourdomain.blogspot.com , which the redirect does now )?
