There has been a previous ticket about the same problem but my account keeps getting suspended and unsuspended everyday.

Also, my login to the forum does not work from the x10hosting portal. Additionally, I am not being able to add to the open tickets by clicking "Reply to thread".

Your assistance is appreciated.

The cPanel and Account Panel do not count.

I have unsuspended you, but since the system thinks you last logged on some time in April, you will probably get suspended again.
