You need to log into the -forums-, not the account control panel or your cpanel. When you unsuspend it without logging in, on the next hunt for inactive accounts, it finds you because you last logged into the forums over 2 months ago.
TOS breakers will be suspended regardless of race, creed, national origin, hair color, or favorite food. Thanks for your understanding!
