Trying to create an hosting account, but recieve error message.

Hi, i just got my account removed a few mins ago as i had a few problems. but now when i try and make another account, i recieve this error message - "We detect that you are accessing our service through a proxy or attempting to register multiple times. We do not allow signups through proxy services or more than once per 24 hours. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact us on our forums." .. im not going through a proxy either, please help me.
