Account Management Panel not working Urgent Please help!!!!!!

hi since i have moved from a free member on lotus server to a prime member on illuminated hosting stoli server my Account Management Panel will not submit any tickets or make amendments, i have been waiting for 4 days for my domain soundman.co.cc to work i have added it as addon domain but the Account Management Panel will not let me modify domain please can someone do something about this?
