Capnel not functioning on excuse of disk space

Just now, I received the following message to work with file manager (function.php file) in Cpanel :-

"The filesystem mounted at /home/dinolipi on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition."

And after that i am unable to access my site and it showing code error message in function.php file. I am totally in dark what happened just now. Please help me to resolve the problem.

Pinging staff; stoli's hdd is filling up and staff need to go and clean out some old stuff on it. It's nothing you did though, if that helps
