Suspension on last account

i made this account for picture uploading and other personal stuff, but my last account got suspended for inactivity..
Is there a way i Don't have to post on the forums and it doesn't close. i heard it was like a "Prime" account or something like that?
If there is a way, i'd LOVE that.
