Can not access my site.

I do not know why or what was done but I get the following messages. Any help would be appreciated.

Check these variables in your script:
servername = localhost
username = cpanelusername_databaseusername //DB_User
databasename = cpanelusername_database //DB_Name
password = cpanelusername_databaseusername_password

Make sure that you have linked DB_User and DB_Name together and that you have granted relevant privileges to the DB_User for the database DB_Name.

Tried to access my account site and got the same error message.

Where should I be checking these things at? My site worked for months then after my last suspension that wasnt a suspension they said they fixed me and my site has not worked since.

Are you able to see any database in cpanel >> phpmyadmin ?
The error is on line 60 of public_html/class/class_db_mysql.php
