Unable to log into cpanel (Invalid Password)

Hi,

I tried to log into my account today but it seems the password somehow changed. I tried updating my password through the account management settings but it seems that didn't work. Is there another way to update my account password? The username I tried to use to get into cPanel is vievie.

I also received and email & notification within the account panel that my password was indeed successfully updated. Here's the message I got:

Hey there!
Your x10Hosting client account password has just been successfully changed through our account panel.

You can access the client account panel using the following URL: http://x10hosting.com/control


You are receiving this email because vietknight@gmail.com is registered under an x10Hosting account.

After trying to use the username provided on the account panel and updated password, cPanel is still locking me out.

Are you saying that you didn't request for a password change and someone else did it?

Update:
Looks like an issue with stoli server.
Please be patient while this is being resolved
