Cant Load the Cpanel or Website or anything.

Hello, I just got one of your Free webspaces and i been working on my website and stuff for the past few days.. now this morning i cannot access my webspace at all.. Website link wont load.. Cpanel wont load. Nor can i get any access thru the FTP... Any Clue why i cant get the webspace to work? maybe the server is down or need rebooting or sumthing?

i was wanting to keep working on website.. i have no clue whats going on..
