Stoli Down. Shift Server?

Hello,
Well I see that its just been 24 hours that I setup my account with x10hosting, and I notice that the free unmetered bandwidth doesn't seem to be uninterrupted. I've had many Internal Server Errors & now from last 4 hours, I can't connect to my site, as Stoli server seems to be down. Well is the free hosting always like this on x10? I'd heard lot goods about the free hosting, though. And, is there a way that I can shift my server from Stoli to any others?

We do not move free accounts around the servers.
Unfortunately, you've caught Stoli on a bad day. It's not usually like this. There was an issue yesterday and it seems to have returned. Staff are aware. Please try to be patient.

I understand. I was patient for the last 4 hours, since there were many threads around here about the server down. It becomes difficult when everybody keeps shouting on the staff, when there's a problem.

I thought, during the downtime, if it could be made such that the servers are shifted, would be a good idea. Anyways, hope that the server is up soon.

There are measures in place to help prevent a full outage. Something like today's issue is very rare, where nothing works.
