Server Refused Connection

When trying to visit my site over the past several hours my browser keeps telling me it is unable to open because the server refused or this: Error 118 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT): The operation timed out.: comes up I'm really doing my best to stay loyal to x10 since ive been on and off with them for about a year now and they've never given me any serious issues. I am also thinking of upgrading when i know my site will become successful. egsgaming.tk is my url, any help will be greatly appreciated
