All files in cgi-bin - 404 Not Found

Hello. I am having issues with accessing files in cgi-bin, the title should explain what's going on.

I have chmodded the file I want to access to 755, so I have no idea what's wrong. Please help.

The file I'm trying to access: http://www.2011chan.x10.mx/cgi-bin/b/wakaba.pl

Perl and Python have been disabled (with no indication that they will be enabled in the future) due to abuse.

cgi-bin files will not run and usually throw a 403 Forbidden or 500 Internal Service Error. Not sure why you are getting a 404 if the file is there.

    Nothing is always absolutely so.

Well, I get 403 Forbidden if I run the file in public_html, and with Perl and Python being disabled, I guess I'll either have to wait untill it's restored (if it gets restored) or find an alternative host.

If you would like, you can upgrade to Illuminated, which features Perl/Python, for the low price of $1/mo. On top of CGI, it gives you a whole slew of extra features, see http://x10hosting.com/free-hosting-comparison for more details and a link to the order page.

And to clarify the above, the main reason for Perl/Python being disabled on Free Hosting from my understanding is not due to abuse (although that certainly didn't help), but due to the fact that our server setup prevents them from working correctly. Until the issues with the setup can be fixed, it will likely remain disabled. There is currently no ETA on any of this at the moment, and again it is only my recollection and may not be 100% true.
