Disk Space Allotment

Hi x10,

Is there a disk space limit? I got a message before saying that something like:

"We're sorry for the inconvience! Your file manager is currenctly suspended."


Or something like that because of too much files, but I hardly have any files and I am only using like less than 1 MB of disk space. How much storage do we get? And, is that a lot?

That message was due to an overall server problem. If the server itself has filled up for whatever reason, then even though your account has unmetered space, your hosting can't work properly at all. This has nothing to do with what you'd done in your account.

Are you still having this problem? I saw other support threads earlier today and yesterday about this, but then they were updated with a reply that it's been fixed.
